Rice +17.5 *15 (counting on Tulsa no defense)
Oklahoma st -9 *15
UAB -9.5 *15
Alabama -6 *10
Kent State +3 *10
Navy +3 *10
Hawaii +21.5.... waiting it out for people to pump boise. I really like hawaii to cover this easily. Only concern is that the game is 8 hours before their usual games
