Washington Husky quarterback Jake Locker has fractured at least one rib and will not play against the Oregon Ducks.


Nov 1, 2010 - Some quick news to pass along ahead of this weekend's Oregon-Washington matchup. Husky quarterback Jake Locker, who has been hobbled by injuries all year, will not play against the No. 1 Oregon Ducks at Autzen this weekend. Locker has been favoring his ribs over the last three weeks and was diagnosed with a fractured rib this morning. The timetable for his return is unknown.

I don't see this having any effect on the outcome of this game at all.

Washington is so bad that a QB change could not make them any worse this is a washington team that is starting 14 freshman and they just seem to get worse every week.

I cannot imagine what those fools who were hyping up Jake Locker and calling Husky Stadium a tough place to play must be feeling now. Nebraska and Stanford both beat 'em by about 6 TDs. Oregon could put 70 on them if they wanted to. And I think they're going to want to.
