This is def a no-play (for me at least). On paper, the Noles look like the easy pick. But there are a TON of other factors at play. Home game on ESPN on a Thursday night, close history, Ponders injury, Russell Wilsons play, weather (it might rain this evening FYI), etc.
But none is more important than the chance NC State has to blow open the Atlantic and put themselves in the drivers seat. A win here puts State at 3-1 and FSU at 4-1, but gives the Pack the tie-breaker if both win out. That's HUGE motivation in and of itself.
I'll agree, I think FSU pulls it out by a TD but this is probably the hardest game I've tried to cap all year.

they are calling for showers tonite, so i dont know how much that will play into the over/under, but what i will say is that if FSU d shows up tonite then there is no way that ncstate puts up enough points to cover the over unless fsu scores 50 or more which i dont see happening. i am on the fence, but want to bet for pure action and leaning towards fsu on the small side.Comment -
