Or would you all complain about the quality of this schedule? Think about it.... especially all of you that thinks that Boise State is getting screwed this year.....

I see your point, but Boise has proven they can beat good teams.

Boise's schedule is a joke-----I'll give you that, but I still think they are a good football team.

In a one game, winner/take/all-----Boise can play with anyone.

And I understand your point...... Boise State has proven that they are GOOD.... I'd even say a top 5 team. But we are trying to find the "best team" in the country and one game doesnt tell us that. We need to look at the whole story and unfortunately Boise State doesn't let us see the whole story because they dont play the schedule.

The BCS system is a whole lot better than the "old bowl system" where you were locked into a bowl and a #1 team might be playing #15 and #2 might be playing #24 and then the votes decided who was the best. Some of you are too young to remember that.

I am all about having a playoff system. I hate that ONE loss can destroy a team's chances. Who's the best team in the NFL? Whoever your pick is..... they have a loss! But fortunately they have a playoff system!

Anyway, I just wanted to prove a point to all the Boise backers that keep crying about them being screwed.

Although I would love to see Boise get a chance to prove their capability, there is definitely something to be said for having to get up week after week and play a tough opponent who is usually a rival too, like in the SEC or Big Ten. We are in need of a playoff badly.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure 2011 was just a typo. I'd love to see the irish have a great season, but they keep letting me down.
