I'm a homer but I do think UH will roll, -3 will be easy. Only thing is that Hawaii has weak special teams and that may let Utah St. in for a backdoor cover late in the game. The Utah St. QB is mobile and can throw but UH did a great job with the pistol offense of Nevada. I think UH smothers the Aggies and covers easily.
