    Indiana at Illinois
Under 55.5 is the play here.

-Weather is the cause for this game to stay under the total. Expected weather for saturday (1200 pm est) is going to be high of 75 with a 50% chance of rain (showers). THere is a possiblity of thunder storms. Winds south at 15 to 25 mph. Rain and wind are the causes for most high over/unders like this one to stay under.

Illinois is goin to run the football a lot because indiana is having trouble stopping the run. Indiana ranks 10th in conference against the run. If Illinois takes a good lead, they will continue to run the ball. The weather will also force illinois to run the football mroe than usually do.

Indiana is also goin to run the ball mroe than usually do because of the weather. Indiana has injuries on the offensive line. OL Josh Hager is lost for the season and Offensive right tackle James Brewer will miss this weeks game. I get the feeling that indiana is goin to struggle on offense.

    Any thoughts on the under.

New to the board, I've been looking all week for someone to mention this play. Sure Indiana has put up some high point totals, but they all came against poor teams with bad defenses, and they were shut down by the only good defense they played (albeit a great one in Ohio State). I thought Illinois would control the tempo and this game would stay under by a fairly comfortable margin before seeing the weather report, now I'd be shocked if this one reached the point total. Illinois hasn't played a game above 50 all year, and I don't expect this one to make it past 50 either.

Agreed. I don't think the rain will be much of a factor (unless its crazy downpours) but the wind will definitely affect the game. Indiana does a potentially potent offense, but 20 mph winds will definitely slow them down. Illinois has played great football this year, so I expect them to show up again, especially in front of the home crowd. HFA doesn't mean much anymore for most of college football, but there are exceptions (Oregon, Boise, most of the Big Ten)- and this is definitely one of those situations. Not sure if they cover 14 or not, but this should definitely be a low-scoring game.

      Good luck guys

Bad weather in Illinois this weekend. I also like bears/redskins under 40.5 on sunday. Weather report is just about the same as saturday. Showers, 60% chance of rain, thunderstorns. More windy (15-25 mph) on sunday than saturday in illinois.

Indiana turns the ball over and all illinois can do is score a field goal.

Ben Chapelle bent me over and just gave it to me. WHat a lowlife to throw an int with 40 seconds left causing this game to go over. Piece of sht qb.
