Looking for some insight on Fridays game USF vs. Cincy
Cincy's defense is poor against the pass, but USF looks terrible on offense the last few games. Do they wake up this week and get that offense in gear? Their quarterback looks like he can definitely make some plays with his feet, but their receivers are terrible. The line hasn't moved much, and IM leaning toward Cincy, but i have a feeling this might be a close game. What do you guys think about this game?

I had a thread on this last night:

Firstly, USF's passing game is horrible. Daniels is an INT machine, throwing 4 against Florida, 3 against West Virginia, 2 against Syracuse. 10 on the season so far--opposed to 4 TDs. I always feel good betting against Quarterbacks like that.

True, Cinci has turnover problems of their own, mainly fumbles, which I believe are an easier fix than INT-happy QBs. Callaros did throw 2 picks last week @ Louisville, but his total is only 3 on the season. This Callaros kid is good and he has two great Wideouts to throw to. It should make for an interesting battle against a very good USF secondary.

But, I think the real key to this game is Pead vs the USF linebackers. He is running really well, averaging 8.8 yards a carry. He put up 170 yrds on Oklahoma (a loss) and 150 against Louisville last week. My play on Cinci this week is basically a bet that the Bearcats will be able to wear down the Bull's defense by pounding the rock, leaving them susceptible to Callaros' Play-action pass to those great wideouts.

Or I could get lucky and Daniels could throw another handful of interceptions.

You can't handicapp turnovers. If Daniels limits his mistakes SF covers possibly wins outright. They played well enough against WV in Morgantown but that pick right before the half killed them. I like their coach, he'll eventually get it turned around.

You hit the nail on the head. If you bet on the Bearkats, you're betting that BJ has at least three turnovers. If he doesn't, SF probably wins outright.
