Video replay is actually bad for college football. It makes the umpires even worse because everyone can see the bad call and they still can get it right after 2 minutes under the booth.

Nina , i remember Paul F-Bomb when he had just a weekly column (on Fri I think) in the B'ham Post-Herald. He trashed Bama every chance he could

way before Paul became famous and before his radio show he would be a guest on Jim Fyffe's radio show from Montgomery. Bama Fans hated Paul and Fyffe for that matter

...Im not letting my Bama ties be the judgement or make any bias statement...I have to agree with ZBOIZ on this....

LSU defense is very good and will be the best defense that Auburn will face...I don't hate Auburn and think Cam is a great player..and Chizik has done a better job then i gave him credit for......but im sure Chavis can see that Cam can't read defense that well....He a bigger, faster, more Athletic Tebow....Lsu should follow the game plan Bama had on in the SEC Championship game and let Newton try and win the game by throwing the ball...(which he can't do)...he beat you with his legs!!! .....If not, LSU lose...but rest asure that Saban will have a plan for him...

!! .....in all honestly, at some point in time Auburn will have to find a defense if they ever expect to win a national title...not having one places to much pressure on your offense to show up every game and the same goes for LSU...no offense places to much pressure on your great defense..

With LSU secondary being pretty good..Im sure they will go press man and have several different bliz design for Newton, along with differrent spy packages...

Truthfully i dont see Auburn winning this one!!

NOTE: Either why..The stars are aligning for Bama to win out and play in the National title game again..Rather its a undefeated Auburn team or a undefeated LSU team...it's all going to help bama!!

Prediction....LSU 24 Auburn 17 ..........LSU & Bama meet after both have bye.....Bama wins....then go on to face a 1 loss Auburn team still rank in top ten and win....Then play SC again for the SEC Championship...Win...and go on to face whoever left standing between Okla or Oregon......ROLL TIDE & GO NOLES!!!

Go Noles? I agree that everything is setting up perfect for a Bama repeat. I still like to think Auburn wins this weekend. What better way to go into an iron bowl, Auburn undefeated and Bama knocks them out. Eww talk about suck for Chizik. The fans will be sick.

I hope our offensive issues get resolved during the much needed bye week. We went flat like this last year too.

....from Florida ...but played & graduated from bama!!

...so im a proud two team follower....Alway, I just dont see this game going Auburn's way unless The mad hatter pulls mad hatter move like sitbak and let Cam run all over them and don't attempt to make him read a defense....Its clear as day on how to beat Auburn..but hey...easier said then done!!

Don't know what has happened to our O line

and watching the S Carolina game real time I was just thinking the Gamecocks were doing a helluva coverage job down field is why we weren't throwing the ball before being sacked...but now I saw in the Ole Miss win that Greg just seems out of rhythm big time. We'll get it right though

We need a break. Remember last year this same thing happened. We played horribly against the Vols too. Then bye week then we started kicking ass again. I really think the fact that these kids are playing huge games every week is starting to take its toll. Its tough to be the hunted every single week. You know you are getting everyones best shot. You are also asking a bunch of 20 year olds to get up every week for the next "big" game. Teams we are playing now are rested and fresh where our guys are banged up and bruised up. McElroy got his throwing hand stepped on by that POS Powe from Ole Piss. I hope we get out alive this week and then we will get back to form. We lose to UT this week then we are F***ed

First 48, I honestly heard an Auburn fan say that they didn't need a defense as long as they have Cam. This person also said that Auburn only has 2 games left this season....LSU and Bama. Now if players are thinking along the same lines, either Ole Miss or Georgia will get them. Even sucky as they are.

Florida offense only had 1 drive on LSU defense. 22 points came off turnovers and special teams

I agree that South Carolina's defense was very good. I doubt it was as good as Lsu's but it is definitely close.

! Any person that has any football knowledge could tell you that your offense will not show up every game and vice versa!...... anything can happen but looking at things how they are...Auburn doesn't win this game!!! To much defense and athletes that can cover and play man to man coverage, which will allow Chavius to make Cam stay in the pocket and play QB!!

!! Something he can't do!! He's not Mallet.....

But again......which ever way it goes it all fall in line for BAMA!

We'll see what Cam Newton is made of this week. This is a big audition for him, if he wants to play in the NFL. I think he comes up short.
