Harry's Week 7 Plays (29-15 for the season)

Went 5-3 last week, bringing the season tally to 29-15. Very busy this week. Been unable to find the time for the write-ups......but not the handicapping! I will be playing the following early games......

PITTSBURGH -2- at SYRACUSE

Desperation time for the Panthers. They've faced a much tougher schedule and need this one more. They've beaten the Orange 5 straight.......make it six.

EASTERN MICHIGAN +14- at BALL STATE

EMU is right down there with the worst teams in college football. Guess what? Ball State ain't much better. In the battle of 2 crappy teams, I'll take the generous points.

BOSTON COLLEGE +22 at FLORIDA STATE

In the ebb and flow of the college football season, my money says the Eagles are somehow able to find enough pride to make a game of this one.

Here are the remainder of my action for today......

MISSISSIPPI +20- at ALABAMA

Must be in a taking mood today. Gotta believe the Tide will roll.....but not by this many.

BUFFALO +14 at Northern Illinois

Again, too many points for me to pass up. Buffalo had an extra week to prepare for the Huskies. This one will be tight.

TEXAS +10 at NEBRASKA

Realize I may be the only guy in town on the Longhorns, but so be it. Happy to finally see the line move off +9-.

IOWA -4 at MICHIGAN

This will be the best defense QB Robinson has faced all year.

BYU +29 at TCU

The Cougars are a hard team to figure. Getting over 4 TDs ain't hard to figure.

TEXAS TECH -3 over OKLAHOMA STATE

State has looked good, but all their tough games have been at home. They lose their cherry today.

WESTERN KENTUCKY -2 over LOUISIANA MONROE

WESTERN KENTUCKY -2 over LOUISIANA MONROE

The Hilltoppers will be sky high for this one. They've lost 25 games in a row.....and now they're favored?!! Tells you something about ULM, eh?

Woooo HOOOO!!! Finally some love for my Tops!!!

Yeah, we suck. But on another note, I really really like this play. I'll actually be at the game myself, as well as on it! If anyone saw the game last week vs FIU (I'm guessing not), not only did we cover the 9.5, but had a play to put the game in OT if our receiver hadn't dropped the ball on the goal line on 4th down with 0:15 to go.

Interesting side note- new head coach Willie Taggert (our former stud qb, old asst at stanford) has refused to talk to the media, and won't allow his players to, until they get their first win. Thought that was a nice/classy play.

DocVinny, thanks. Halfway thru this college season, standing at 36-18......that's 67%. Never easy. Very pleased. Also starting to get my totals plays to the pay window. Won again for the third week in a row. Already studying next week's card.
