Every article I've read has highlighted how ineffective the South Florida offense has been while WVU does not score well against them in any game they've played over the last couple years.

A slight-moderate majority of the public is on the over. If there is no sharp money counteracting that, it is possible the line movement could eb from public wagering. However, public money isn't a huge factor in totals so it is just as likely that sharp money is the source of the line movement. So basically, it is hard to say if it dumb bettors or smart ones moving the line.

No, I'm just saying that as a point of reference. Sometimes teams just happen to play a certain way against specific teams.

Look at the number it started on(43)' and the number it stop on(45).

43 is a dead number when it comes to totals, but 45 is is great for those who like the under.

So in other words, the upward pressure the market felt was not too severe to scare away potential bettors. 45 is a much better number for those who like the under.

I bit, and took a little under 45.5

Rain helps the over. Snow and sleet helps the under.
