Nevada should win because of their strong rushing attack behind Colin Kaepernick and Vai Tua..Hawaii will definitely be able to put some points on the board behind Bryant Moniz's passing.. It wouldn't be one of my first choices of games on Sat, but I can see Nevada winning by around 10-14

I agree LB. Not my first choice, but I found it interesting. The win at Cal really peaks my interest. Kaepernic should pound that weak defense.

Not really a fetish haha. I cover the ACC (http://www.ACCBlitz.com). Built it from the ground up, slowly trying to make a name for myself. I live and breathe college football so naturally why not make a career out of it ya digg.

Thanks for the kudos on the record. I'm still a little mad at myself, 6 of my wagers were non-researched, whim bets from getting caught up on threads and hype here. I subsequently went 1-5 on those of course.

So in all reality I should be looking at (23-9), BUT I'm straight up honest about my picks and a loss is a loss, so I'm down at 63% for the year.

Still nothing to sneeze at. You have your own thread?? I'm a SEC guy and for some reason it's hard for me to cap ACC games. I honestly try to stay away, but will play a total from time to time. GL on your plays!!

Don't have a season long thread, but I do one every week titled 'Blitz Pickz'. Always try to do it a day before action and have my spreadsheet finished well before game times so there's no question on whether or not I edited picks (there are a few people on here I've seen/heard about editing to make themselves look good).

On paper Nevada should roll, however thats what I thought the past 2 weeks and gotten screw..... against UNLV I can probably give them the benefit of the doubt because it was a road game....but at home against San Jose St??? give me a break!! San Jose was playing w 3rd stingers on the O line... Now, I know the spread was 39, but it was coverable.... this team worries me because of mistakes, penalties and perhaps lack of interest. Furthermore, you're taking a bunch of kids to Hawaii, for most this will be their first trip... between traveling, sight seeing, and pulling late nights (even if it is at the hotel room) this has let down written all over... maybe not for the offense, but for sure the defense. I do LOVE the OVER, even at 72

over baby. i will be on the over for some amount. hawaii has great team speed and no defense. it's over 70 for a reason!

I will be going to this game this weekend. Hawaii is no longer pass only. Their running back Alex Green is VERY good. I don't think Nevada will be able to stop Hawaii's offense and I honestly think we have a shot and beating them SU.

I was suspect of Hawaii's D early in the season but it seems like they may have gotten it together. Don't judge Hawaii from last year's game because this team is a lot better than last year plus we were pretty banged up. Honestly, Hawaii should also be undefeated, I'm not being biased, it's just from what I saw in our two road losses that shit just went wrong and they couldn't recover. At home, Hawaii is very scary, especially against WAC opponents. I would be careful of this game if your initial lean is Nevada.

I will be putting money on the spread and the ML.

after the letdown that nevada had against san juan state, they will put up points. but i think hawaii can keep up. mr. ape, i know i made a blanket statement about hawaii's defense but this is nevada off an offensive letdown here, and any improvements hawaii made on d will be really put to the test here.

Don't get me wrong, I am probably coming off biased here because I went to UH lol.

But I was REALLY confident in getting the points at Fresno last week and I am a little less confident about Nevada this week but I think Hawaii can cover. The only thing that people need to really know about Hawaii is that with the exception of the Fresno game, I have seen that Hawaii really slows down in the second half. After watching the Fresno game though, I'm not sure if they're going to turn it around.

As for the o/u, idk... That's pretty damn high haha. I don't know if I want to touch that personally. It will really come down to if any team's defense shows up this weekend, then that over will not hit.

Also, they're trying to pack the stadium this weekend to show support for the team because a lot of us here are fair weather fans and attendance has been down ever since our undefeated year. Just giving you guys are warning that this ain't an easy game to cap.
