Machine Report: Troy vs MTSU

Dasher is back, but Troy will cover +3 no problem. Troy PF/PA splits against competition with net rank of 92 (Sagarin) matches well against MTSU PF/PA splits against inferior competition (ranked 139). Troy frosh QB Corey Robinson is stellar with 8/3, 62% and 1244 yards. Dasher will be very rusty, and has not played well against Troy in three years. He will gash Troy on the ground for many long gains, but Troy will ultimately key on him and force errant throws. Dasher is NOT A THROWER. If Troy contains him even remotely on the ground, game over.

Both team's MOV/MOL against similar or better competition relative to today's line gives Troy a 3-0 ATS record this year. Troy won last year 31-7 with Dasher in the game. I'll take my chances with them again, they recruit better athletes.

Dasher only completed 55% of his passes last year and threw 14 interceptions. Bet your ass he'll throw at least one and probably two tonight. Especially nerves from first game and all the hype/expectations.

Based on what? Troys stellar D? Even if he is nervous and hype, i dont see Troys D stopping, he will stop himself. Imo It is up to troy to win in a shootout which is quite possible, but MTSU does have a decent D. BOL to all. MTSU -3 my play
