Which Losing '07 Team Will Make a Major Bowl this Year?
Since I asked the question - naturally, I have an opinion:

North Carolina. I like them to contend in '08 for the ACC title.

Butch Davis knows how to win (in college). He has assembled a sterling coaching staff. Together, they had a very good recruting class last year, and some of those true frosh played, and will be better this year.

I didn't check yet to see how they did recruiting this year, but they seem to have a nose for talent, and the persuasion to lure solid players to their school.

Heels pulled off a few upsets in '07. I look for them to make some real noise this fall

Who else has a nominee, and why?

Louisville will be back after last year's debacle, will probably win the big east if WVU doesn't

If it has to be a losing team, there are pretty much two options North Carolina and Notre Dame. Of the two, I would go with North Carolina.
