OMG....TEXAS #21 and UCLA #32 in AP POLL

The MAJORITY of posters on this site with half a clue would not rank TEXAS ABOVE UCLA if they were filling out a ballot for the AP POLL this week.

Meanwhile, we have TEXAS ranked 11 spots higher in the poll............mindboggling.

With the results in so far this year, UCLA should not be ranked this far below Texas, in fact, they should be ranked one or two spots higher.

I know one can make all kind of scenarios with all teams with the rankings bullshit this early in the season, but this TEXAS/UCLA comparison really stands out to me.

Hard to know what to make of this UCLA team. They looked horrendous against Stanford, but then came out and stifled Houston and Texas, you could make an argument for or against them no matter where they're ranked.

I agree....this win warrants UCLA to crack the top 25.

Maybe Texas isn't as bad as that loss? UCLA has a horrible passing game. They shouldn't be ranked anywhere near the top 25. Hopefully they'll handle WA State and then beat Cal in Berkeley. Then I'd be right there with you Fish.

Texas is probably OK at 21. They would be favored on the road at #15 up. But UCLA not cracking the top 20 is shameful.

When the season is OVER, in all liklihood we will look back on the 2010 season and most will include TEXAS in their top 25 and UCLA perhaps not.............

I just watched College football final (dvr) and seen UCLA only tossed the ball for 26 yards (I think) in the win. That is incredible while getting that win saturday.

I agree... UCLA beat the #24 team convincingly as well as the #6 team. To be way out of the top 20 makes a mockery of the polls.
