    HARRY'S WEEK 4 PICKS (13-8 on season)
    Boyz,

Stubbed my toe a bit last week, but still am up a tidy profit on the season. Traveling this week, so will not have time to provide the usual write-ups.....but still did my handicapping. Here are this week's picks.....

    VIRGINIA TECH -4 at BC
The Hokies slow start will be in their rearview mirror. BC doesn't have the offense to trade points.

GEORGIA pick 'em at MISSISSIPPI STATE
Both Bulldog squads are off to slow starts, but worth noting that Georgia has won 9 straight in this series.

*********** TULANE +19 at HOUSTON ************ (Double Play)
Actually considered the Green Wave on the money line. The Cougars will not be the same with a 3rd string QB.

    STANFORD -4- at NOTRE DAME
Cardinal QB Luck will be the best player on the field and is catching the Irish at the right time, off 3 tough games and a heartbreaking loss.

    COLORADO STATE +8 against IDAHO
The Rams are bad....but it's their first home game and the Vandals can't lay over a TD on the road.

    NEVADA -4 at BYU
The Cougars will not be able to trade points with this high-powered offense. Wolf Pack QB Kaepernick is moving up Mel Kiper's draft board.

    ARIZONA STATE +11- against OREGON
Conference play brings the Ducks back down to earth. Lotta points to lay on the road against a team that gave Wisconsin all they could handle last week.

    FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL +12 at MARYLAND
The Golden Panthers look much improved after going toe-to-toe with Rutgers and A&M. Should be able to stay within this generous number. Could possibly win outright.

    As always, best of luck.

    Thanks for the picks Harry.

Be careful with Tulane. They couldn't beat themselves out of a wet paper bag.
That 3rd string qb for Houston was a stud in high school and was recruited by many Div.1 schools.
He has made an appearance already for a few snaps and went 5-7 (70 yards) and a TD. Also, that Houston offense has a unique system and all qb's on the roster can still perform well in it.

    BOL to you sir
