Miami OH +19.5 at Missouri game thoughts
Wow, this line looks extremely favorable for Miami. They are a veteran team with a good QB. The defense is under rated and most of it's points given up were from offensive mistakes. Missouri is still very soft and relies too much on the passing game. Miami is a pass first as well but they should be able to run the ball against Missouri's poor run defense.

19.5 points is way too much IMO. I can see this being a very close game and Miami could upset them in this spot. The only things I don't like is that Missouri had a close call against SDSU last week, which could have waken them up and they have a bye next week so they could be focused. Overall though, I think Miami is pretty even with Mizzou.

I agree. Miami OH seems to have a decent team this year and Missouri has done absolutely nothing to impress me. I would have expected this line to be about half of what it is.

Agree, Miami lost to FLA by 22 and have improved from that experience. Missouri is week, only 3pts win vs SDST, win by 10 tops

I wrote on another thread, MU has top notch QB, decent OL, but that is IT.
              # 1 RB is out for yr, # 2 is back up little guy type.
WR's not near the caliber of past 3 yrs (Maclin, Alexander, Perry, Coffman TE gone).
"D" has no impact players like Witherspoon, Hood, Moore, etc, CB's always weak.
Struggled to beat IL and SD St.
Outgained on the ground at home by SD St.
I like the dog, but not a big bet... Miami O is no powerhouse.
Also, when the Big 12 starts, MU plays Colorado at home and should win... after that, they will lose 4, maybe 5 of the next 6 games.

movement reminds me of the ecu/va tech game almost exactly. m-ohio looks almost too good to be true. i feel like missouri learns from last week and doesn't take m-ohio lightly. not sure i'll play this one but that's my opinion.

I like Miami as well. However, we all should know that when everyone thinks the spread is to good to be true...than we all lose. Really though missouri has not looked good at all to be favored 20 points.

Didn't Miami win just one game last year?

                      This line is too low.

up to 20 now. I went to Mizzou and they look real bad. If the line gets to +21 I am def taking Maimi (OH)

Both teams are pretty even across the board. Almost the same amount of returning starters, same amount of defensive experience by both secondaries and LB's. Missouri's defensive line may be a little light but Miami may not exploit it much with runs.

Miami average line weight 304.4 - Defensive line weight 272.3
Missouri average line weight 308.76 - Defensive line weight 263

Pretty even matchup which leads me to believe this game will be close. If Miami can defend the pass well enough they may even pull off an upset.
