ML cutoff for big ncaaf favs

What is the cutoff for most books for them to only offer ATS bets on big Favs in cfb?
I use pinnacle and for some games if the fav is -25 or something, they wont offer a ML bet. but i can sometimes get -17 on the ML.
is there an approx spread thats just too high?

in some cases ive seen ML of -3000 offered, and then taken away later on.

Ohio State over Ohio was at -10000 at 5Dimes. They were a huge favorite. Most books cut it off around 20-25.

At Bodog, you'd be lucky to find any team that's more than a TD favorite moneyline. Then of course there's the fact that they post their moneylines even later than their notoriously late spreads.
