I knwo the public is on nc st and i agree that theyll probaly get the win tonight at home with a favorable line. However it wouldnt shock me to see cinci win on the road here. Niether team has truly proven anything thus far. With that said im thinking about playing the total so i can get a little action tonight with my bud lights and college house party. My book has the total at 55 and I think its gotta be the under. What do you guys think?

Great call Coincidink - Any time you can get 50% of the public to take an under, trust me, STRONGLY consider playing the under. The Public is usually the sucker for the over, so if even the Public is favoring the under, you have to give it a play. Just because the public bets overs and loses doesn't mean they bet unders and lose as well. A spot on total has the public at 60-40 to 65-35 favoring the over - if it's 50/50, bet the UNDER.
