They beat the defending C-USA champion on the road last week. Cincinnati without Tony Pike is a mystery to me. And Indiana St may be the worst team in college football. They have like 5-6 wins total the last 5 years.

Get your facts straight . ECU upset Houston who was ranked somewhere in the T25. Too early in the season to get a read on either squad

defense of NCSU is revamped. I like the way they look. Sending pressure instead of that old BYU style, bend don't break, defense that they played last year. That got them lit up. And they had a lot of injures to the db's last year. I was down on the defense this year but they looked pretty good to me. But it was to one of the worst offenses in C-USA. But I think the over is over-priced and bettors will remember the defenses from last year and blindly bet the over. Hoping it will go past 56. Because I will be on the under.

It is very hard to bet a Cinn. team when they are 1-1 and facing a 2-0 team on the road. The crowd should make this Cinn. team quiet leading to a NCS win. I think the -125 moneyline is the best bet here, then again, so is the -1.5 that 5dimes is giving.....

Cincy is 92nd in total offense this season after finishing 11th last year. The offense production is down over 100 ypg this year. Folks, NC St. beat a pretty good Central Florida team last week. I favor State at home by a touchdown. Sidenote: The Wolfpack have not had a turnover this season......took 5 away from CF last game.

Yeah the books are gonna love this one, everyone overreacting to two games. NC State forced 5 turnovers and only won by a TD against UCF, UCF is a solid team of course but still. Cincy looked like they were starting to figure it out in the 2nd half last week, even if it was against a terrible team, they'll be more confident and prepared this week.

Exactly, not to mention that Cincy's last game was at home and they have been back in Cincy since 9/5/2010. NC State has traveled more recently than Cincy.

NC State -1/2 1st half

Cincy covered first half against fresno st in first of game of season. Cincy actually led 14-0 at one point and wer tied at 14 at halftime. Cincy led Idiana st 12-7 at halftime but did cover the first half spread. Cincy led 12-0 before indiana st got a td. Cincy scored first both of those games. i am thinking NC State scores first in this game. NC State def looks solid so far this season and should be able to hold a lead. CIncy win against indiana st was not impressive.

I see no way NC State loses this game. Ofcourse anything can happen but Wilson will manage the game while the wolfpack defense shuts down Cincies attack. At home I see an even bigger advantage for NC St. The only thing holding me back as of right now is the spread. This game should be a close one to the finish but I expected NC St to be around a 4-5 point favorite. NC St seem to be getting pounded by the public too, yet the line isnt budging. Close game NC St defense makes the difference. NC St 21-17 Cincie.

I'm taking State -1 ...not very confidently though, Cincinnati makes me nervous I never know what team will show up, I feel like last year's offense could pop-up randomly, but then again State's defense could force 5 turnovers again
