Keenum is listed as day to day this week after showing symptoms of a concussion while taking a blow to the head making a tackle (interception) Friday against UTEP. Houston coach Kevin Sumlin said Keenum was "displaying symptoms of a mild concussion" on Friday. He added that his condition has "improved dramatically" since then. Sumlin says the team has followed its concussion management plan, but wouldn't provide more details on the injury.
UCLA also has quarterback issues. It looks like Kevin Prince will get the start this week after many thought he would be benched. Neuheisel said today Prince would be the QB. Of the 22 drives directed by Prince, 10 ended in a punt, 6 with either a fumble or interception and 1 missed field goal.Comment -

Houston takes this game by at least 10. UCLA is an well rounded team if you are looking at a high school team!!!!!!!! But as a college team I have more faith in the North Texas Mean Green. Houston is not the best in D but they are better then UCLA's Offense and that is all that matters. I am sure that the coogs take this in a sweep.

Taking that into account to back UCLA is actually inverse gambler's fallacy but anyway. I saw K today at the practice field, I was playing tennis right next to the field and he's playing on Saturday but I'm still passing on that game. The +3 for UCLA is getting more action and they have looked like shit this year.
