I'm on WVU, got them in a teaser -6.5 and have them -12.5, but I don't see how a Marshall fan can bet against your team! If anything make it a no play so you can cheer for the upset...

My favorite team is actually Michigan. However, when you bet you gotta bet with your mind and not your heart. I actually was brought up a WVU fan and Major Harris was my first favorite player. We moved to Michigan and been a wolverine fan ever since.

Exactly. If you handicap professionally you obviously shouldn't let such a thing as a "favorite team" affect you but if I feel like betting against my team is the +EV play I'll just make it a no play.

From my thread...this is what I see

I like the fact that Pat Lazear is doubtful, and likely not to see the field. Lazear has been dealing with a bone bruise below his knee for the past two weeks and can't seem to get 100% healthy. He did not play in the season opener against Coastal Carolina. He led the Mountaineers in tackles (78) a year ago and is one of their top returning defenders. Freshman Branko Busick took his place in week one, but left with injury, so WVU is down to its third string at Lazear's spot.

Home game for Marshall, crowd will be pumped, Marshall's coach Holliday is the former assistant at WVU plus he had a lot to do with game planning there, so I am hoping some of that insight may give a coaching advantage as well.

Got Marshall for a unit.

Did you think you had discovered some secret in WVU? I definitely wasn't expecting everybody to be on Marshall after the beatdown they received last weekend

No no. It just seems recently when I don't fade people on these boards I end up losing.

One thing about Marshall is they usually can't do this for 4 full quarters. The line has never been able to handle 4 full quarters against a bigger opponent. Up 7 tho.

maybe tonight could be an exception..being that its a rivalry game and stuff...the players said this game is more important to them than last weeks game at ohio st... up 7 .. plus 12.5! hopefully this continues!
