Sounds like who ever started this post lost money. If you watch the replay no way that hit was in the back. Obvious late hit good call by the refs on both these plays. Very impressed by Boise St playin a top 10 team on the road going all the way back east and winning this game. To lose the big lead and still come back again they just don't give up. Kellen Moore great job at the end.

Boise will be heading to the national championship game this year. Once they break in their new corner that is taking over for Kyle Wilson that defense will be pretty much unstoppable, and if they can score on Tech then they can score on anyone. Go Boise!

Can't judge a team in first game of the season... rusty factor maybe? Lood at TX, Fla, OK... this past weekend. They played like s***. To win on the road against a top 10 team is not easy. Boise seemed to beat most of the ranked teams that they played against... look at TCU last year.

Boise deserve to be ranked where they're at.

Boise sucks...and they have an easy ass schedule the rest of the year so they prob wont lose a game cuz the schedule is a fuckn joke every year...they only play one good team a year and this year that team was VT

As long as Boise wins their one hard game a year then they go undefeated cuz the rest the schedule is realllyy easy....look at it yourself if you dont believe me..they would get crushed every year if the played in the SEC

and no i didnt lose money on this game...i had VT +3.5....put my bet in over a month ago and bought a .5 point so thats how i got the good line

This is, in my mind a key. BSU was basically spotted a 17 point lead due to horrible play on VT's part. The offensive line looked like they had never played football before and Beamer ball forgot to block a guy leading to the blocked punt. Once VT settled in, they were clearly the better team for the remainder of the game. Beamer got away from what was working in an attempt to run clock at the end of the game and that killed them. One more first down and we are all talking about how overrated BSU was and how they couldn't hold a 17 point lead.

Look at what team and players came through when their team needed them the most...

That QB for Boise not fvcking up in those last minutes says alot. All the pressure in the world on him ( b/c this game is their ticket to a POSSIBLE national championship). To throw all those passes, with all the accuracy. Says alot. And i was impressed.

Look at most qb's in that situation, they make bad decisions. Give the ball away and lose. How can one not like the Broncos Of Boise State?

If Boise isn't top 10 because of the way they played in their first game, than either is VT, Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma.

As for the two teams, doubt either team could have scored against a quality defense like Bama or Huskers. but, its why they play the season.

Completely disagree about Boise not being impressive, despite a few costly turnovers/penalties. But totally agree, Va Tech was perhaps more impressive overall, despite not winning. Both are top 5 teams for sure.

Oh, and refs had nothing to do with Kellen Moore's brilliance.
