Following stats/trends like this will get you buried. This is two different teams this year. What's Boise States record vs good BCS teams last couple of years, I think it's like 6-7.

Id say yes usually with this living legend!! Only thing is last time I checked Broke Landers doesnt live anywhere near virgina or Idaho so how could he possibly know anything about these 2 teams?? Respect your opinion Sweet... But if you go back to 2006 and forward Boise is 5-2 against BCS opponents.. Beat Oregon St, Oregon twice, TCU, and Oklahoma.. Lost to Washington and TCU.. Yes if you go back to 2005 they got beat by some BCS teams but that was Dan Hawkins squad and the 2006 Cinderella is the team that started it all

When are we gonna give credit where it's due? Coach Peterson is 49-4 at Boise State. 49-4!!! I know it's just the WAC but the truth is, they ain't ducking anyone. To the contrary, teams duck the Broncos. Last year Boise beat Oregon in a very similar spot. They also went 14-0, including a nice 7-point victory against TCU in the Fiesta game where they were getting a full TD. And now they bring back 20 out of 22 starters (some say 21 of 22) against a defense starting 7 new players? Coach Beamer's Hokies are never a team to be under-estimated, and their special teams are always a factor. But this is the all-time biggest road game in Bronco history. QB Kellen Moore is a stud. He will put up points against this young defense. The Hokies have only half the returning starters as State. QB Tyrod Taylor has skills but I don't think you wanna get into a shooting match against these Broncos. Boise State, no matter what Brandon Lang says.
