2 NCAAF plays on Saturday

Okay im no NCAAF expert but there are 2 plays that stick out to me in terms of having little backing but big possibilities.


Play #1 Vandy +3.5

Vandy has many issues but the line is only 3.5 for a Northwestern team that should win handily. The public is all over NW and expects an easy win while the line has moved in Vandy's favor. I love home dogs in any sport and i believe that Vandy will force NW to make mistakes and capatilize on those chances . Vandy has a good running game and NW is gonna have some issues stopping that running game. I really feel that the value still is with Vandy even at +3.5. I took them at +5 earlier in the week and i still feel good about this one at +3.5.


Play #2 Illinois +12.5

I dont have much to write about here. I think Missouri is dealing with some off field issues and that will affect them. The Illinois squad has some issues in the secondary but there defensive line is solid and i think it will create enough pressure allowing the Tigers into a mistake or two which will be enough to cover the spread. DO NOT play it unless you have +12.5.

I'm on the same page with you, on Vandy, I got in at +4.5 I'm also,doing some work, on Illinois now.

og the public might cash one of these but i would be shocked if they cash both. in most sports the public does well early so i might only go 1-1 or 0-2. no way are these 2 games just free money. the whole forum is on mizz and so many love NW.

yea whole forum in love with mizzou, maybe they cover maybe they don't but I never play DD favs in any sport so I see some angles for illinois to cover.

i don't like illinois at all, new qb in huge Rivalry game, injuries to defensive backfield that got torn a new one by gabbert last year. everyone around here is talking about d-wash's suspension being a great opportunity to make a statement as well, kendial lawrence won't miss a beat for us

My problem is I wouldn't take Vandy +3.5 but Vandy ML.

I agree with you LB, the public may even go 2-0 with those games. The public does well early in the season in all sports before they start getting fed with chalk when they expect meat.

I like Illinois.

Once Juice Williams left the program they became considerably better.

Trust me Lakerboy, NW is the play. People arent just playing NW, b/c its Vandy. Vandy has no returning O-Lineman, and their QB is horrible. Also, Fezzik, the Hilton Contest Champ is on NW.

man that was a sloppy miami ohio/florida game, I had the over but guess late money prevailed, congrats. Illinois screws the board as predicted .

Did you see the late money on Notre Dame at pinny? Went from 10.5 to 11.5 just before tipoff, especially with the way the everyone is in love with purdue, says a lot.

Not a great day for me because I got stupid with illinois 2nd hf but I'm glad my main plays both cashed. Lol who really thought the books were gonna payout missouri and nw?
