with spreads it is impossible to hit 70% long term. it isn't a knock against anyone or their knowledge. the reason you cannot in football are spreads and turnovers. if you can predict the turnovers it may be doable. since a football is not round and bounces in weird directions as well as various fluke turnovers and plays that cannot be capped, hitting 70% is not doable. if you bet 10 games all year it is doable. if you bet around 100 it is impossible. now that being said i hope you can do it. good luck!Comment -

If you hit more than 67% of your contest plays in Hilton's Super Contest---they will give you 10K just for that accomplishment.

Oh MY God. WHY DIDNT I THINK OF THAT ? you have found the answer that all gamblers have been searching for for decades. Just bet against teams that sucked last year, you will easily hit 70% ATS. After all, those teams sucked last year and its not like they will be getting a shit load of points in every game they play. Damn, all this time all we had to do was lay massive points and bet on teams that sucked last year. Damn 70% ATS was so easy, and we never even saw it.
I will try this in the NFL too. I will bet against the Lions every game, I am sure I will easily go 12-4 ATS or better, they went 0-16 and got outscored by like 300 points in 2008 and they sucked last year too, this will be easy.

Never mind that the Bears suck and pretty much have no chance of covering this spread against a much much better Lions team who will be getting 3-5 pouints more than they should every game for the precise reason that squares will be betting against them every game since they sucked last 2 years.Comment -

If you think you will hit 70% ATS just betting on every team who is favored by 30+ points, you are in for a rude awakening.Also as you do this, each play counts as 1 play. There have been millions who have come in saying they will hit 70% ATS, then they start off 8-12 in their first 20 games. They realize they wont be able to do it, then try to say the next game is 20 units so it counts as 20 plays, if that loses, the next one is 50 units, if that loses, the next one is 150 units Yeah we have all seen this before. 1 play = 1 play = 1 win or 1 loss.Comment
