I expect Gilbert to rip it up right off of the bat. Texas is loaded with young talent.

I think that T_techis way over-rated here. I can easily see losses to Texas, OU and Missouri. A&M and Houston have a great shot, and Colorado has an outside shot, playing Tech at home. OU has a very tough non-con schedule. While Texas is playing their usual patsies, OU will have played Florida State, at Cincinnati, and Air Force. OU will be ready for Texas. I see you have Nebraska at 9-3? Where are the 3 losses? Texas? Maybe. But who else? Washington? Highly unlikely. Nebraska also gets Mizzou, Colorado and Kansas at home. There is no way right now that I can see 3 losses. They are 10 Even as far as win totals go now.

Nebraska has a really good defense. Suh got all the hype as deserved but there are alot of players on that side of the ball.

Absolutely. The Sporting News has Jared Crick as the top player in the country. I think it may be a bit of a stretch but their defense will again be tremendous. and their offense has to improve, which makes them a dangerous team.

Both Kansas and Baylor will make bowl games. Texas Tech, Iowa State, and Colorado will be awful. Texas wins the conference.

Are they going to be drawing double team and triple team blocking like Suh did?

There have been very few who dominated like Suh in the Big 12 for years. I think too many people are underselling what he meant to the Nebraska defense last year.

Nebraska is being overhyped, guys, like they were whenever Callahan was coaching them. Pelini is a better coach, but for people to say that they're going to win the Big 12 this year is really going overboard. They do not have the offense and their defense will not be as good as last season.

I'm going to have to be convinced before conference play that Oklahoma's offensive line has improved tremendously over last year before I start putting them in the conference championship game.

Huskers returning a lot of starters on both sides of the ball, they will get into the endzone more then last year with just as good if not better defense. Love the position of being able to have an undefeated season without all the expectations could be good. But then again I could be a little biased.
