My Biggest Play of The Season...
    Arkansas -11

Yes, it's been me popping time and again at this line this morning. I actually played tennis and got my undergrad degree from Miss. State, and have all the respect in the world for Coach Croom and the job he's done. I do not, however, believe this one will be close. Mississippi State really struggles against power running teams (take the game against WVU for an example), and I think Arkansas will have a field day on the interior. On the flip side, I think Arkansas' front line limits Dixon and Ducre, and Wesley Carroll would be one of the last QBs in the SEC I'd want to have to rely on. Houston Nutt's never hesitated to run up the score when he's got the better of it, and I think Arkansas wins this one by 3 + TDs.

I've done all I'm going to do on this (I think), so fire away at will gentlemen. You won't see me around for a few days if this one doesn't come to fruition. GL...

I actually like it from the running game standpoint.

Even better, McFadden is back in the HEISMAN race after Dixon went down Thursday night. The voters will be all over McFadden if he has a good game. Tebow of Florida appears to be the frontrunner now (sophmore) but a good game from McFadden and he is at the top.

I agree, Nutt will run and run and run...and Miss. St. can't stop it.

Yes, and Miss. St. is due for a let down after they beat Bama last week.

      Bank this one!

I was also on Arkansas today, had them -10.5.

They did worry me a few times in that game. They would get up, then let Mississippi State come right back.

Good job on your big hit, BB.

Thanks guys, I REALLY appreciate it. I'm thrilled that some of you got a piece of it as well. The back and forth between 21 and 14 the entire 2nd half wasn't the most enjoyable experience in the world, but you can't beat watching your QB take knees with the cover sewn shut. Cheers...
