When you win the TO battle like they did, when you have the good field position, and when you keep dropping the ball and when you have a moron coach who becomes conservative at the end when he does not need to then I would say it is something of a gift.....

New mexico did not deserve those turnovers, 3 out of the 4 were unforced.

teams that are +3 in TO usually win by more than 3...especially at home.

You're exactly right, of course.

As an AF backer, I feel very fortunate to get away with a cover when they lost the TO battle by such a large margin.

I'll take it and move on to tonight!

Doesn't matter how. With the way the game played out, New Mexico should of won by more. They just didn't have good play calling to take advantage of those free chances.

But they didn't, so oh well. Good job on the cover MJF.
