They can review a play last time trying to determine intent, but can't review this one to see whether he signaled a fair catch.

you guys are all idiots!. .. this officiating sucks on thurs and fri nights, that fair catch was ridic!. . . if u watched the game last week florida st and wake, u would have seen the call when they gave florida st a 1st down after a block in the back after the punt!. . . kragthrope is putting handcuffs on on if the best offenses in the ncaa. . . its like watching the philadelphia eagles!. . all these screens, let brohm open up the offense. . . its ridic. . . im so sick uconn should be gettin thrown out. . . WHERE IS PETRINOS offense. . . this is so ridic, i can't handle it, . . . the defense finally steps up and this is what they get in return!. . . i could coach this team to success, a national title contender, dropped out of the top 25. . . this is so ridic, its like trying to run a west coast offense with brady or manning,. . . i can't believe what im watching and what you idiots are typing!. . .

its is sickning to watch this coach call a game, where brohm is able to throw a pass over 10 yards all game!. . . you have no idea i could easily out coach kragthrope. . . tom jurich has been so good over the years, and know it's just a waste. . . if petrino was here, we would be undefeated in the top 5, and right up there for a national title. . . trying to run a west coast offense. . . and if u want to take a shot at me, atleast back it up with reasoning. .. my two year old niece knows what a fair catch signal is!. . .
