    Betting Strategy
just wanted your thoughts on betting strategy because at the end of the day its not all about wins - loses = profits, because of the decision made when to play reverses, parlays, etc. . . i have had some success playing maybe 6 games each saturday and reversing my top two plays. . . then maybe 4 games on sunday with the same strategy. . . the prime time games sometimes hurt me because if their is only one or two games on, then ill make a play on something sometimes even when i dont love the game, (eg, thrus, fri, mon night games. . . ). . . i've thought about just picking one or two games a week and unloading on them , as opposed to play multiple games. . . but where is the fun in that?. . .

just wanted your thoughts on not only how to pick winners, but how to maximize your profits with each winner. . . thanks good luck too all

IMO college football is very difficult to cap. I've heard many guys say college football is easier to cap than the NFL but I don't know many guys consistently winning money betting on college football. If you can't stop betting on college football, then you need to focus and come up with a clear strategy to approach these games. I would suggest you try to limit yourself to a couple of conferences and a couple of teams and just bet on those games. Trying to bet on every conference, every team, every game is just too much to handle. You have like 3 dozen games on Saturday. That's just too many games to cap. Good luck and stay disciplined.

After plenty of losing, I've finally got myself on a leash when it comes to picking.

Sat. College Football: Find the 3-4 picks I like the most and make my wagers accordingly. Usually go 2 units on the one I like the most and 1 on the rest. For the early kickoffs I then pick two big underdogs. Then from there I allow myself to rollover an additional bet for any underdog that hits, but do not spend more than half of the previous bet's winnings.

NFL Sunday: Play two underdogs I like and then one additional game that I like. Again if an underdog hits, I allow myself to go for another game, but don't bet more than half the first game's winnings.

I'll say, we should all admit that we have a gambling problem & start getting some counseling. LOL
