Well if you look closely it first hits the FSU player and then the wake player touches it and it hits his helmet. I hope they catch that.

I think they got the call wrong. The penalty came after the ball touched the FSU player. Should have been WFU ball with them backed up 10 yards for the penalty, not a first down for FSU. Hopefully the Noles don't score here.
