I don't think so JJ, just Louisville is overrated and their defense is terrible. Plus, the Utah quarterback is back from injury and it's a weekday, which you know how that goes, trap trap trap. I would even hesitate to take Louisville 2nd half, this team has gown down the toilet since Petrino left.

Petrino ran a tight ship at louisville. Kragthorpe came in with the "i wanna be your buddy" and relaxed atmosphere. in the past week or so, one player has been dismissed(he was once a highly recruited player, i think he went to Miami and then got kicked off the team) another player has been suspended indefinetly, another suspended for this game. they also lost 4 defensive players to the NFL, Okoye is up for NFL rookie of the month. most of the coaching staff has changed.
i want to give Kragthorpe time, but not much. i just remember last year when they said they were getting the coach from Tulsa. i though "what", "Tulsa?', and then i read that UofL's AD and Kragthorpe have history together, they were once at the same school together(i think, if i remember it right). anyway, that kind of threw a red flag for me.

Making it harder to gift incentives for recruitment purposes likely makes it easier to get the broke players to let up a bit for a few bucks.
I think the linemakers have not adjusted for this properly

college lines do not adjust right for injuries, simply no idea who matters and how much. Probably would have been a good line if Johnson was still injured and Douglas and Urrutia weren't

I think books are keeping Louisville lines high until they see a significant number of people winning with the dog. For whatever reason, people still think this year's Louisville team is going to resemble last year's somehow - those people are what we call ... blind.

And the other night, the Southern Miss line was just retarded. A 20+ pt favorite with the 3rd string QB? That's just lazy line setting to me, but hey if you cash on the dogs - who cares!
