Air Force is getting 2 1/2 points at Wyoming. After leading for most of the game, Air Force gives up two quick TD's to Wyoming to go down 28-27 with time running out. Not good, but if you have the fly boys, you still are covering. Air Force throws an Int. Game over. Not quite. Instead of running the clock out, Wyoming runs a play and scores. Now it is 34-27 with the PAT pending. But wait. Penalty against Wyoming nullifies the play. Air Force bettors are still alive until the unthinkable happens. Air Force REFUSES the penalty, allowing the TD to stand. The PAT makes the score 35-27 Wyoming. When asked about the decision, Air Force HC Calhoon said that they wanted to get the ball back with time to score and possibly tie the game. Air Force got the ball back and threw another interception. If you had the Air Force, you were royally screwed.

I've been on the opposite end this year somehow but historically I'm with you! I was on Hawaii on Sat night but wasn't watching any scores since I was out for the night, saw the highlights on Bad Beats tonight which was pretty ridiculous.
I had Hawaii -7 so it was a lucky push and not a lucky win, better than a loss!Comment -

approx 25 yrs ago Jags up by 2 over Pitt Monday night football. less than a minute left I have Pitt +2.5 and they are driving. 4th down incomplete pass, game over, wait, flag illegal contact, first down Pitt.Pitt drives down to Jags 25 yd line, 4 seconds left and lines up for field goal. make it, don't make, who cares, I won my bet. snap, kick BLOCKED, BALL LANDS IN A JAGS PLAYER HANDS. does he fall down and end game? It may have been a bad beat but nobody should be shocked at Air Force refusing the penalty if that was their only avenue by which they could possibly steal the win. Giving the ball back to Wyoming just to kill clock does nothing for you.Comment -
I remember this! I had pitt and under in a reverse. The return took a +400 night into -220. I was a sophomore in college. I couldn’t sleep that night. I will never forget that game. Good beat---Ohio State at Northwestern 2013...NW trying to run a rugby play, down 34-30, lateraling all over the field. Ball ends up in end zone, recovered for TD by Bucks. OSU wins 40-30. Spread was Bucks -5.5. I had OSU and just started laughing after the game...Comment -

Mike Tomlin stepping on the field a few years back screwed my 6 leg parlay up and likely cost me a couple thousand. That was pretty hard to swallow since it wasn't even a player that caused it. The recent Korean Zombie fight in UFC a couple of weekends ago. When he got knocked out by a blind elbow at the final second of the 5th round was brutal lol. What was a few years ago when I think it was the pats game total was 44 and they scored like 41 in the 1h and there wasn't a score in the 2h.
I think in 2017 when Rich Hill lost a perfect game in the 9th because of an error then lost the no hitter in the bottom of the 10th on a walk off homer to the first batter to lose 1-0.Comment -
USC Stanford 2011. I had SC +7.5 for like 500. Tie game and Luck is driving with 2 min to go. I figure a FG win for Stanford easy. Dude throws a pick 6. Now SC is up 7 and I am in great shape with 1 min to go. Stanford will need 15 points for me to lose. Lol. Impossible. In my head I am going over ways to lose and luck and couldn’t find any. Even in OT. Well I was wrong. Luck marches down the field and scores. Game goes to OT. After 2 OTs of each team scoring 6 and a PAT. Each must now do a 2 point conversion. FML. Stanford scores and gets the 2pt conversion. They are up 8. USC can’t score and game over. Stanford covers. Unreal to this day.Comment -
