I got my ass kicked last week, so it is time to start making up for it. I hope all of you little boys out there fade me, because I do not see any of you wusses admitting when you get it kicked out of you, which is often. My play for Thursday is Stanford -2 at Arizona State.

Stanford must defeat Arizona State to have any chance of winning the Pac 12 North. With both Washington teams on deck, they can ill afford to overlook an Arizona State team which has pummeled back down to earth after a 3 point upset win over Michigan State at home. Arizona State is 1-3 since that win, and their win came against lowly Oregon State at home. On top of that, Arizona State is 0-8 ATS on weekdays, and unless someone changed the calendar, this game is on Thursday Night. Lots of critical conference games this weekend and this one leads things off. Stanford -2 all over Vegas now, but if anyone is going to tail me, you had better jump on it now because the line will go up.

Arizona State is 1-3 since beating Mich. St. but those losses have all been by one score and to formidable opponents while Stanford's losses since that time have been shellackings. Not to mention being giving a gift in the Oregon game. Therefore Stanford has looked bad the last 3 weeks and have not been able to play a decent looking full game.
