Do Small school have big value?

I don't know how you guys feel about this one, but I'm thinking there is great value with those types of teams. I mean just look at MTSU and App St. and see how they did this year.

I'll be taking my chances with Hal Mummy and his high power offense New Mexico State Aggies +7 tomorrow.
