The NCAA has denied Oregon State QB Lyle Moevao a 6th year of eligability, putting a dent into the Beavers plans to finally return to Pasadena in 2011. The decision leaves the Beavers without a proven QB. The Beavers aparently will depend on Ryan Katz, a totally unproven commodity, to lead the team. Oregon State returns17 players that started part or all of last season, but had another poor recruiting class.
