"With Washington State head coach Jimmy Rogers leaving for Iowa State, the Cougars have already lost several key players to the transfer portal. Couple that with the fact that Utah State is among the best teams ATS in the country (10-2), and the Aggies are tough to be against here.
Utah State's offense, led by dual-threat QB Bryson Barnes, should be able to do much more than a Wazzu offense down several key pieces, including leading rusher Kirby Vorhees.
Bronco Mendenhall's program is 4-1 ATS when favored this season and is much closer to full strength."

"Utah State is at its best when it leans into its ground attack, which is why Barnes, Miles Davis, and Javen Jacobs are all priced at -125 to score.
Davis is clearly the best bet of the three, but I'm taking it one step further and backing him to score a cool two tuddies against Wazzu. This is his last game after a collegiate career that's spanned six years, so you know he's going to leave it all on the field.
Davis is one of the most underrated backs in the Mountain West, ranking in the top six in the conference in rushing yards after contact (502) and 15-plus-yard runs (11).
That combo of physicality and burst, on top of his impact as a pass-catcher, is why he'll be the focal point of the Aggies' attack in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl."
