The 8-2 Sooners look to stay in the CFP conversation when they host the 7-3 Tigers Saturday at 12:00 PM ET on ABC.
SBR's Brenden Schaeffer previews the matchup in his Missouri vs Oklahoma prediction:
️Oklahoma -7.5 (-110 BetMGM)
"Missouri QB Beau Pribula was listed as doubtful on last week’s availability report up until being ruled out on Saturday, and his mobility during warmups suggests he could be close to a return. But his limitations as a passer were evident during SEC play, with Pribula only exceeding 171 passing yards in one conference game (at Auburn) before his injury.
In two home starts against Texas A&M and Mississippi State, true freshman Matt Zollers looked overwhelmed, totaling 189 combined passing yards. Missouri isn't poised to attack the Sooners through the air, even though Oklahoma has given up 344.7 passing yards per game over its last three games.
Missouri makes its hay on the ground with Ahmad Hardy, who ran for 300 yards last week against Mississippi State. But Oklahoma’s elite run defense hasn't allowed a 100-plus-yard rusher in conference play all year."
