Utah -3.5 (-108)

"Although both of these programs have played like potential CFP teams, Utah's defense looks like it could be the difference. The Red Raiders rank outside the top 35 in SP+ on defense, while Utah is in the top 15. Utes QB Devon Dampier and Jason Beck's scheme should overwhelm a Texas Tech team that hasn't had to deal with a dynamic passer yet. This game being in Salt Lake City helps, too."
