Cinci tonight +13?

I absolutely cleaned up on Ohio State today. I am hesitant to risk $$$ on Cincy tonight cause I don't love the line. I am leaning Cincy though, any thoughts?

A lot of injuries, Cincy Offense is stagnant, 2nd half line could be in play
