Can anybody explain why it's moving so much today? I checked last night and penn st was -3... now my guy says he has penn +1, and most of the online books are at a pk or moving that way. I'm confused. Is there something I'm missing... did penn st qb have a heart attack last night or something?

Haven't capped this bowl game due to others being a litlle easier but I did see that LSU rb Charles Scott is downgraded to doubtful for the game. Will this have any impact on the game? Also the total is still going down and I know it's going to be a defensive game but the public is only correct 32% of the time when moving a Penn St. total and 34% when moving an LSU total. Fade the public on this one?
