A tough call. Stanford is going to sit on the ball in the 4th quarter if they have the lead. OU's first TD was a fluke. OU will have to throw the ball. The over has been gold in the 2nd half of late, but 28 is a lot.

2nd half is hard to cap. OU's offense looks horrible but they can make throws across the middle. Stanford's offense seems the better but they are hit an miss as well. Over/under is a crapshoot as well.
