Wow I have lost my ass on the pac 10. Unbelievable that a Temple team that really isnt very good can kick UCLA's ass.

in basketball okay but in football no way in hell UCLA should be getting their asses kicked by Temple. Temple was getting ready for this game UCLA was at magic mountain and bowling it was all over the news here Rick and norm wanted to make sure "the kids have fun". This doenst look like much fun. whats really disturbing is there doesnt look like that big of a talent gap between Temple and UCLA I still think UCLA will make it close/maybe pull it out in the end just the first half. but not looking good.

I'm curious as to why so many are surprised at this? Just because a team plays in an inferior conference doesn't mean they suck. It's football. It's like the whether; It's not always so predictable.

I don't think it was because Temple played in an inferior conference but that they got blown out by a Penn State team whose on par with UCLA and the one quality win was to Navy which is not saying much. I didn't expect FUcla to get beat on both sides of the LOS.

Did you see the game? USC threw a bomb after trying to run the clock out and UCLA players came out to mid field ready to fight. The entire team was so heated/emotional that they were ready to go through walls. You would think that they would have carried that emotion into this game.

A better explanation is that we've all given the Pac10 too much credit and they are just plain terrible. Maybe time to fade the Pac10 from here on out.

i say take the over 2nd half... i cant see this one being a defensive half... temple will score 10 pts minimum and ucla will start to take shots down the field... a few plays and this thing goes over...

That was a long time ago. No reason they would want to take it out on Temple. They are cold and miserable. You think they are excited to play Temple? Who the **** is Temple to a team like UCLA? They didn't want this bowl and it has showed thus far.

Who the hell did PSU play this year? What quality win did they have, especially OOC??? I guess in hindsight, Temple was the one quality win.

I'd give UCLA more credit beating Tennessee on the road and Kstate from the Big12. PSU's schedule was pathetic. Who the hell really knows how good PSU is when for the past few years they've had nothing but cupcakes on their schedule and lose the 1 or 2 good games they play? Them and Iowa are unknowns to me. I don't just look at stupid rankings.

good point... all depends on whether ucla has it in them to score early in the half.. if so then expect the over to be fairly easy

that play is almost always going to get you 1/2 yard... i might have seen that play fail maybe a handful of times but rarely on a 4- inches

That was one of the shortest distances to a 1st down I've seen. If the QB falls flat on his face he gets it by a yard.
