Vegas knows temple lost to ohio 35-17 and still....
lets face it the sexy girl in this dance is ucla right everyone? also vegas knows the mac is inferior to the pac 10 talent right everyone?vegas knows ohio beat temple 35-17 and they come out with a line of 4 1/2 again right everyone? So who is vegas tryin to sell in this game? a more talented team from the hot weather flyin cross country but probably has been here for a week already or the the ugly girl with less talent and isnt sexy at all and not to mention cant dance for shit? My feelin the line should be with the talent gap betwwen these 2 conferences higher then the proposed 4 and a hook ! So ithink as of now they trying to get all the ucla money possible and then watch the ugly girl dance all night long! take temple ml and points

Or it could be a double-trap....

Or it could be a lot of people backing Temple given their proximity to DC and the weather...

Line seems about right to me...

really i figure consider strength of ucla schedule warrants a higher line also teams lost to by temple warrants a higher line and last just plan old talent where everyone talking about banged up o line of ucla where second stringers might be starters if they played for temple = bigger spread thats why i think they trying to push ucla on bettors

I think UCLA wants to prove that they were worth being a bowl team here.

Well the line seems right to me, i say don't overthink it. I'll admit to not wasting my time watching either of these sub-par unentertaining teams play once this year, but the buzz seems to be as follows:
Pac-10 over Mac which is at this point a face moreso than an opinion.
UCLA was 6-6 whereas Temple was 9-3 so Temple has an edge in record, albeit against lesser competition.
UCLA is injured up front in the o-line, and bad o-line play can really hamper an offense. Apparently Vegas thinks it will be enough to hurt them, but not enough for them to lose the game.
Many people believe UCLA will be able to stop, or at least do a decent job of stopping the temple rushing attack which is the foundation of their entire offense, due to having bigger, stronger, and faster athletes.

With this said, i don't think anybody is forgetting that their a California team, with the cold weather, slick ball, and harder to kick ball, there are some legitimate things that should make this game closer than if it were in California and UCLA was healthier. I don't think they're trying to push the bet on anybody, I think with a lucky few bounces, who knows, maybe a few good special teams or defensive plays, Temple can be right in this game and have a chance to win it. I for one don't expect much of a blowout, and i'm not betting this game, but i do think UCLA wins, whether its by 3, 4, or 7 i dont know, but i do think they'll win. By the way its freezing on the East coast right now, i sure as hell wouldn't wanna play football in this weather, so the under might be a good bet.

                Whats????

A double trap?? A regular play. So no trap. I'm confused about that.
