If you are giving 3 points, you are giving too many. You can get 1.5 to 2 all over Vegas. A tough game to call here. Oregon State has a powerful offense led by the Rodgers boys. The problem for Oregon State is that for the second time in two years, they blew a chance to go to the Rose Bowl by losing their final game. They also tend go give up a lot of points, having given up 28 or more in 5 games, including all 4 of their losses.

BYU actually wond their way into this game, their 5th Las Vegas Bowl in as many years. They have split their last 4 games in Vegas, both S/U and ATS, but have not covered in the past two years. BYU put up a ton of points this year, but was held to 28 or fewer by the tougher competition that they played. Their defense was better than many thought.

This game will probably be won by the team who wants it the most. Oregon State has a great bowl record going for them, having won their last 5 bowl games. It is tough to wager against a record like that, and I would not. A pass here for me, but gun to head, Oregon State is the play.

Really you guys think this is for sure over 60? If it goes over it will only be by a few, not much value. BYU defense has been solid, BYU offense has not shown up often. That is a lot of points.

Trap games take place when there is some sort of following game. Since this is a bowl game, this cannot be a trap game .

You guys really have some wild definitions of a trap game. Obviously a term that has been overused to death. Was the Fresno State fiasco a trap game? Was the 'Nova fiasco a trap game? The answer in both cases is NO. Now the 'Nova game was a "bait and switch" game, as all of you who jumped on the 'Nova unfortunately found out.

This is just a good bowl game that is hard to figure out. Bowl games should be like this. Wagering on bowl games should be at a minimum because the teams should be very equal. I do not think that anyone would be shocked no matter what happens in this game unless someone wins 45-3.

I for sure like the Beavers in this game. I sure see no defense here either so it probably will be a high scoring game. Almost all of them pac 10 teams have high scoring games so we can expect the game to be in the 30's for both teams here.
