It doesn't matter to me, the weight of anyone, but it is ironic for a real heavy out of shape person to teach young guys and girls about physical fitness and athleticism. Setting an example would be the need it seems. No biggie though. The players still do well for the most part.

Strength and Conditioning coaches are usually the guys on the staff that are ridiculously ripped. Coaches spend to much time sitting at a desk game planning or watching film.

But being fit is the way to go, b/c image is everything. Weis said that he tried to get a gastric bypass, but was not a canidate. He wanted one because he felt he was getting overlooked for head coaching jobs due to his weight.
