such an odd story. if he wasn't drunk, i'm going with he had to have been in a heated argument with the wifey and left in a rage?... nothing else makes remotely any sense. even a dog in the car, and he got distracted with it, i would buy. but he was the only one in the car?... and then to top it off, just backing out of his driveway, and he was in and out of consciousness and bleeding? just odd all the way around...
