    This Weeks Big Games
I will lump 3 games together in order of their difficulty. Alabama-Auburn, Texas-Texas A&M, Florida State-Florida. Simply put, if the Big 3 win, one of them is guaranteed a spot in the BCS Championship game, while Texas has a great chance to get theother spot. Three upsets would shake the earth more than a California quake.

Oklahoma State-Oklahoma. Okie State stiil has a slim chance of getting a Fiesta Bowl bid if they win and look impressive.

Next is all the backyare brawls, big games, Rivalry games, etc... Always exciting to watch.

Then there are the two games that we know will be the last regular season games for their coaches. Mark Mangino bows out after the Missouri-Kansas game, and Charlie Weis is finished after the Notre Dame-Stanford game. It is too bad these two never played each other because it would have been nice to see 700 lbs of head coaches evenly divided up between two sideline.

Haven't yet looked into these game beyond the program generated lines but the Florida Stae/Florida dependin on the line will most likely be a play. Florida St is much more athletic than 3/4's of the teams Florida has played so far. They certainly aren't as disaplined but they will creat some definate match up problems. I don't see an upset in the works or anything like that but a cover has real potential.

The lines will be out in a few hours. We managed to hit 2 out of 4 middles last week, which was huge. We are now way ahead of our goal, which in here would be to earn $1000.00 for the year based on $100.00 wagers. That is how I set up my spreadsheet to simplify things. We are now 29-13-2 and over $1400 mythical dollars if you will. This is the time of year that we start putting the brakes to everything. We will play middles, but few other games. This may be the toughest week to wager, with all the rivalry games, etc... Florida, Alabama and Texas all may be dangerous wagers because they all know that all they need is a win this week to advance to the huge games in the 5th. It matters not what they win by. I do not see any of these teams taking unnecessary risks.

Hey didnt wont to Bring Wal 66 week 12 back up
since hes got week 13 up
You asked how I dropped a couple of games
          They were late night games
Much different that making a pick
i didnt go onto my post and retract it from record
          I dont care about record
Air Force won me Money the last 4 weeks in a row and big time twice
streaks yes , but its sad to say i would bet it the same way again
          doesnt make sense
You got it right we /well a lot of us got it wrong but im sure more times than not its the other way
so youve tooted your horn a bit much on air force
Had Air force not covered 20 i would of been down a crap load and that almost happened
thats really what was so amazing the tease 20 at one time it was really bad much worse than -20
that game is over but nothing about that game makes any since as the Hawaii and San Jose state game did
atleast Hawaii came thru but had to sweat that one out for a bit
just wanted to answer your question about how to drop a team
I just dont bet on em
If I bet early its usually with or on parlays
          like
          I bet in tiers
I bet a lot in the first tier 11:00 games if I am doing well I would have bet a ton on stanford
I want doing well and seen the trend ( like you said bet trends)
I wasnt winning with top 25 teams
so I bet more on hawaii and Houston , so miss , troy , and it paid off , it took it to make some money I was bad off
          the teaser helped a bunch (arifroce +20 + 2 others )
          BOL this week

That would be amazing for the sport for the future. Nothing will cause the major conferences to finally agree to a playoff than TCU or Cincinnati in the national championship.

                not going to happen
the championship games have so much weight in the bcs factoring in the teams
they still dont have a shot
                a major possibility
if texas and one of the sec teams lost Alabama/Florida lost this week
lets say Alabama a lessor favorite this week
and in turn beat florida in the sec Championship game
You would Have this same game for the championship
Its happened before not two games in a row like this
but thats how it would happen a one loss team winning the sec championship
vs a team only losing to the sec champion

Never will be a playoff system
                Cost too much Money
teams would never agree where and when to play
Hell this year Florida and alabama one will got to pasadena
if you had to do that every year
the fans would sit it out until the play offs well in this case were in atlanta or new orleans

                teams like florida and Usc
possible even alabama for a bit longer would be in these playoffs
at some point you would start losing fans like
when you only play one game
                you split tickets
for myself If I had to miss three or more games I would soon just quit going and watch it on tv
                Spent over $5000 this year
                bowls are very expensive
play off would be even more so

the reason I just told you is the only reason they dont have one now (playoffs )
                its not baseball , basketball
                they play one game
too hard to figure out where and when
                bowls have contracts
they ll never agree to contracts ever again
