    Penn State @ Michigan State
Anyone have any insight as to why Penn State is only favored by 3 points against Michigan State?

I mean, I do think Penn State is way overrated since the two decent teams they faced they lost by double digits... but seriously only 3 points against a very inconsistent and average Michigan State team? I find it hard to believe that Penn State would have a let down game since if they lose this game, and the pretty much kiss away any chance they have at playing in a BCS game. I must be missing something, anyone have any idea as to why the line is the way it is?

The line may be the way it is because of the start PSU had at home last week against Indiana. Sure they won, however after that game Mich St. knows they have a chance to keep it close, especially being at home, where Penn St has played horrible defense, giving up an average of over 36 points and going 2-4 in their last six games in Lansing. Mich St is also coming off a close win at Purdue, and a trip home will have them fired up, especially going against one of the Big Tens 'powerhouse' teams. Not sure which way I'm going on this, however Mich St. might be the way to go, especially depending on how the line moves the next couple days.

Because PSU's best win is over a MAC school.

They're 9-2 and we still don't know how good they are.
