OU fans who want Bob Stoops gone have short memories
Brett, I read the article and the comments. I don't think any of the coaches should change. I too am 31. I think that everyone should just quit. Texas will likely go through the same next year when their QB and most of the O-line disappear. I'm sure if they lose 2 or more games nobody will be calling for Mack Brown's head. I personally think Bob Stoops should be able to leave when he wants and not because the team is not winning enough in a particular season. If it's championships you're looking at, we have almost every big 12 title since the league was formed. I think just getting to a NC is tough enough given the BCS crap. I will ALWAYS support the Sooners. They can lose every game for the rest of my life and I'll still support them as if they have won the NC every year, Bob Stoops is a great coach in my opinion, yes there are some tendencies there, but he is human and eventually he'll fix it or posts like this will become more frequent. I think this story is sad because for someone to call for the removal of the coach after a "rebuilding" year would be like your boss firing you because you didn't have enough resources to do the job in the first place.
